At NaChé, we're committed to creating makeup that works for everyone, regardless of skin tone. That's why we use a focus group process to choose our shades.

We carefully select individuals with a wide range of skin tones to participate in our focus groups. Each person tries every shade that we're considering, and we evaluate the colors based on how they look, feel, and texture on each individual's unique complexion.

We only choose shades that look and feel great on every person in the group. And we use feedback from focus groups to make adjustments to our formula for the best color, texture, look, and feel.
